These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and bk997. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are advised that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable regulations. bk997 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
You must be acting as a private individual for personal recreation only. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party, business entity, or any form of professional gambling syndicate is prohibited without express written consent from bk997.
You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily. You confirm that you are not using the Platform as a compulsive, problem or addicted gambler. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please visit our Responsible Gambling page before proceeding.
To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and, where required, satisfactorily complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

By using the Platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and with bk997's published rules, policies and procedures as updated from time to time. You further agree that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that takes place under your Account. You must notify bk997 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bk997 will never contact you asking for your password. If you receive such a request purportedly from bk997, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, sublicence, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without bk997's express written permission.
The bk997 brand name and associated marks used on the Platform are proprietary to bk997. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those marks without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk997 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bk997 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, the full text of which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and bk997.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, without limitation, identity data, contact data, transaction data, technical data and usage data collected through your interactions with the Platform.
bk997 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties (including KYC/AML service providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities) where required for the operation of the Platform or compliance with legal obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk997's operating licence is held. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
For users in Pakistan: bk997 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purposes of these Terms. Users are reminded that online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law and that access to and use of the Platform is entirely at the User's own risk and legal responsibility.
In the event of any dispute between a User and bk997, the User is encouraged to first contact our support team to seek a resolution informally. Where informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to formal arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body nominated by the licensing authority.
bk997 reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, Platform functionality or business operations. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
